Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can take an additional 2-3 days for processing. If you order multiple items, and one of your items comes from the manufacturer, it will be shipped separately.
If for some reason we are temporarily out-of-stock, there are three options available:
• You can select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.
• You can wait for the item to become available (we will provide you with an estimated date).
• Cancel your order.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.
